
Foundation Carbine is designed to emphasize the fundamentals of marksmanship utilizing a carbine. This course is tailored for those with limited to no experience and provides a solid foundation of knowledge to build upon. Training topics include weapon handling, safety, loading, unloading, malfunctions, zeroing and fundamentals of marksmanship. Foundation Carbine will increase confidence and build a solid foundation of skills to increase your personal preparedness.
We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and long pants.
Required Minimum Equipment:
Carbine
Weapon sight (optic or iron sights)
Sling
3 magazines
2 magazines carriers (belt or vest)
Weapon cleaning kit
Eye protection
Ear protection
Gloves
Water/Snacks
Rain, cold or inclement weather clothing
Required Ammunition:
300 rounds minimum
