Pocket Sized UTM Corner Ruler

This 2.75” x 2.75” pocket-sized UTM Corner/Protractor for land navigation training weighs in at only .16 ounces that easily packs into the field in your compass pouch. It has easy-to-use slots for 3 different map scales 1:24,000, 1:25,000, and 1:50,000 maps allowing you to plot positions and create route cards. The tool has a hole at the corner of each scale to allow for placing a mark on the map. There is also a hole in the center that allows a string to extend the compass rose. There is a lanyard hole in the upper left corner. The tool has a band of white ink around the edge of the tool. This makes reading the compass rose and grid numbers easier and also keeps the tool from "disappearing" when you place it on the map. This civilian version of the military protractor has been preferred in our land navigation courses leading us to make it available for you.
