Becoming a responsible citizen is an important part of living in this great country. With our freedoms come responsibilities.

The Responsible Citizen program is a new statewide program that we are launching which consists of a series of courses designed to cultivate citizens that are prepared and capable as well as building a stronger community. This free event will be hosted by Austin Lester, a Fieldcraft Survival instructor and Wasatch County Search and Rescue team member, and will outline the program and how to participate.

We will work together alongside our first responders to instruct and guide you. The goal is to create a stronger relationship between our first responders and our citizens and together strengthen the community.

This course will give you a basic understanding of Family Preparedness in all aspects. We will cover the following topics:

  • Mobility
  • First Aid Kits
