Jiu jitsu Ladies Night | Jiu-jitsu

Ladies night out is your all-girls get-together for self-defense. This is a one hour intro class to self-defense Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and grappling specifically catered to women and how attacks typically occur on women. If you have been curious about jiujitsu and would like to get started, this is the class for you, or if you are a lady who has a deep jiujitsu practice, please come and share knowledge.

No experience is necessary. The class is intended to challenge you physically. All levels are welcome. Wear athletic clothes, preferably yoga pants or similar, and a tight-fitting shirt.

This is a ladies-only event, and husbands/boyfriends, sorry, you can’t watch either. 

Required Gear:

• Water
• Good attitude

Course Time: 5:30pm-6:30pm
