Returns Policy for Product
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returns Policy for Training
1. At Fieldcraft Survival, all purchases for training courses are non-refundable.
• Once payment is processed and your seat is reserved in a training course, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Scheduling conflicts.
• Personal circumstances.
• Failure to attend.
• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Store Credit Policy
While refunds are not available, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, Fieldcraft Survival may, at its sole discretion, issue a store credit under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Store Credit
• Store credits may be granted to students who are unable to attend their originally scheduled training due to special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, unavoidable conflicts).
• Store credit issuance is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
Terms of Store Credit
1. Redemption Window:
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After 12 months, any unused credit will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.
2. Usage of Store Credit:
• Store credits can be applied toward any available training course in the Fieldcraft Survival schedule within the redemption period, regardless of the location.
• It is the student’s responsibility to select and register for a course within the 12-month period.
• Store credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual to whom the credit was originally issued.
3. Forfeiture of Store Credit:
• If a student fails to register for a course within 12 months, the store credit will expire, and no further accommodations will be made.
• Registering for a course after the expiration period is not allowed, even if seats are available.
Special Circumstances for Scheduling
• Students using store credit must ensure they are available for the selected course dates. Fieldcraft Survival is not responsible for scheduling conflicts or failure to attend a course after registration.
Discontinuation of Comparable Training
In the event that the training course for which a store credit was issued is no longer available or has been discontinued, the following options are available to the customer:
1. Virtual Equivalent:
If a comparable training course is no longer offered, the customer may request access to the virtual equivalent of that course, if available, through the Fieldcraft Survival application.
2. Request Process:
To request access to the virtual equivalent, the customer must:
• Submit the request in writing via the contact form on the website or via email to contact@fieldcraftsurvival.com.
• The written request must be made within 12 months of the original store credit issuance date.
3. Expiration of Request Rights:
Requests received after the 12-month period will not be honored, and the store credit will expire and be forfeited.
General Policy Acknowledgment
By purchasing a training course from Fieldcraft Survival, students agree to abide by the refund and store credit policies outlined above.
• Fieldcraft Survival reserves the right to modify or update these policies as necessary, and any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.

Shipping
We can ship to most address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We will try our best to provide accurate shipping information but occasionally shipping quotes may need to be updated.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping times do not include packaging and handling times. We strive to process orders from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, however, occasionally may need extra time. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
