• Wound management
• Concussions
• Common medications for the home
• Choking
• Rescue breathing
• Importance of CPR
• Familiarization with the AED

Required Gear:

• All supplies and equipment will be provided
• Your favorite note-taking materials
• Your own kit (if you would like advice or insight from our instructors)
• Snacks, food, and water, as we will break for lunch
