Bleeding Control Kit (BCK)

**Formerly our Basic Hemorrhage Response Kit (BHRK)**

The Bleeding Control Kit (BCK) is designed as a wound packing kit to address massive bleeding. The kit features hemostatic-impregnated gauze to reduce the time the body needs to stop bleeding. A roll of compressed gauze in addition to the Hemostatic, in case of a larger injury. Also included is a durable pressure dressing, allowing you to go hands-free after holding pressure. Combat Medic reinforcement tape, or duct tape, is provided as a utility item for securing bandages during a rough evacuation. Finally, a pair of nitrile gloves is included to protect yourself from bloodborne pathogens while treating the injured.

The kit is small and compact, designed to be carried on your person and within arm's reach in the event of an emergency. Paired with a SOF Tourniquet, the BCK provides everything you need to address a wound with life-threatening hemorrhaging.
